Thank you for participating in the Improve My Credit Fitness Tradeline Supplier Program.
This Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both the Supplier and Improve My Credit Fitness ("Company"). By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
Supplier Responsibilities
I certify that:
- I am the primary account holder for each credit card account I submit, or I have the express authorization of the primary cardholder to submit the account for participation in the Tradeline Supplier Program.
- If I submit a credit card account belonging to another individual (including a spouse, parent, child, or other family member), I have obtained the primary cardholder's express permission to participate in this program and to add and remove Authorized Users on that account.
- I have the authority to add and remove Authorized Users on each submitted account.
All information I provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
- I have reviewed the Tradeline Supplier Guide and agree to follow its requirements and recommended security practices.
- I agree to promptly notify the Company if:
- I no longer have authorization to use a submitted account;
- A submitted account is closed, restricted, or otherwise becomes ineligible for the program; or
- Any information I previously provided changes.
Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to request reasonable proof of authorization for any submitted account if questions arise regarding ownership or authorization. Failure to provide such information upon request may result in the suspension or removal of the account from the program.
Independent Relationship
Participation in the Tradeline Supplier Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or other fiduciary relationship between the Supplier and the Company.
Acknowledgement
I understand that submitting an account without the authorization of the primary cardholder may result in immediate removal from the Tradeline Supplier Program and may result in forfeiture of any unpaid compensation relating to that account.
